I contacted Henry regarding keeping fit in the off-season. Within a week he sent me a 4 week training program consisting of strength training, sprints and conditioning. The strength focused on strengthening my core and upper body. Henry also incorporated exercises to improve the strength of my ankles, a weakness from a previous injury. The conditioning sessions have been very tough but very enjoyable. I'm really starting to see an improvement not only in my endurance but speed also. On multiple occasions Henry has gone the extra mile setting up my conditioning sessions and motivating me helping push myself to the max.

I have always loved playing sport and found it easy to exercise in this way. However, I have always found it difficult to "workout" on my own to improve fitness and performance. At the start I tackled my first ever 5k and finished in a great time of 23m 35s. I recently ran my PB in 21m 42s.
